I bumped into the Holy Smokes Food truck at the Milford Food Truck Festival and let's just say it totally lived up to all the hype! We tried the BBQ MAC & CHEESE with Pulled Pork. I have to say the line was long due to the high demand on a hot beautiful day but they kept it moving quickly. I would have waited at least 2x that long for that quality. You can tell they've been doing this for a really long time and love what they do by the smile on their faces as they greet and serve you!
